WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Warehouse Employee at Van Tunen, you are jointly responsible for efficient warehouse organisation and optimal stock levels, so that the service level remains as high as possible. You ensure that both the warehouse locations in Beverwijk and the mobile project warehouses function optimally. This ensures that our mechanics always have the right parts available and can carry out their work without delay.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

As Warehouse Employee, you will play a crucial role within the logistics process at Van Tunen. Your tasks include:

• Performing internal transport operations of heavy and large parts;

• Loading unloading incoming parts and ensuring they are quickly placed at the right location in consultation with Warehouse Manager;

• Ensuring that the corresponding documents end up in the right place;

• Setting up (mobile) workshops for project locations;

• Independent order picking for internal and external business activities;

• Maintaining and processing data on the system.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an organised and structured Warehouse Employee who recognises himself in the following profile:

• MBO working and thinking level in the direction of logistics;

• At least 2 years' work experience in a similar position;

• Experience with inventory systems, preferably with Navision 4PS;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;

• Knowledge of HSE, including VCA-VOL Diploma; (or willing to obtain this)

• Good communication and social skills;

• In possession of a driving licence B, E and forklift certificate
