ABOUT THE JOB

At Van Tunen, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Earthmoving Machine Operator. Our projects are located throughout the Netherlands and range from large-scale earthmoving work to specific infra and construction projects. We work with modern and well-maintained machinery and carry out work for leading clients in the infrastructure and construction sectors, among others.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating various earthmoving machines, such as excavators, bulldozers and shovels. Your duties include:

• Performing earthmoving work at various project sites in accordance with specified instructions;

• Working closely with superintendents and other colleagues on the project sites;

• Checking and maintaining the machines you work with before, during and after completion;

• Ensuring safe and efficient execution of work;

• Signalling and reporting any problems or deviations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a skilled operator with a passion for earthmoving. You will fit perfectly into our team if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience operating earthmoving machines;

• Are in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate (or willing to obtain one);

• Are flexibly deployable and willing to work throughout the Netherlands;

• You can work independently, but also function well in a team;

• You consider safety and quality of paramount importance;

• In possession of a Dutch driving licence B.
