At Van Tunen, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Earthmoving Machine Operator for international projects. Our work spans several countries and includes large-scale earthmoving projects in the infrastructure, construction and mining sectors. We work with modern and well-maintained machinery and carry out assignments for leading international clients.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating various earthmoving machines, such as excavators, bulldozers and shovels. Your duties include:
Performing earthmoving work at various international project sites in accordance with specified instructions;
Working closely with superintendents and other colleagues on the project sites;
Checking and maintaining the machines you work with before, during and after completion;
Ensuring safe and efficient execution of work;
Signalling and reporting any problems or deviations.
We are looking for a skilled Operator with a passion for earthmoving. You will fit perfectly into our team if you:
Have at least 1 year of experience operating earthmoving machines;
Are in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate (or willing to obtain one);
Are flexibly employable and willing to stay abroad for a longer period of time for work;
Can work independently, but also function well in a team;
You are committed to safety and quality;
In possession of a driving licence B;
Fluency in both Dutch and English. (additional languages are a plus)
